DC Home Buying Maryland House Buyer

These are all questions New Home Buyers should consider. Buying a home is an investment into your financial future and it is important to consider every aspect of the purchase prior to investing. Use the questions below to help you decide if you are ready to buy a home!

4.  Do you file an income tax return with the IRS each year?
5.  Do you pay your bills on time?
6.  Is your total monthly debt manageable? Can you afford those debts and a mortgage?
